Shipping policy
For international shipping, we use SF Express. The cost would depend on weight based and the destination. Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O Box for international shipping.
Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order on the courier service website to see the status of delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours (working days) for tracking updates to appear. Do check your email spam section in case you could not find any email on the updates.
Customers are responsible for all customs & duties associated with your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
Shipping Info
Domestic shipping will be shipped via PosLaju /DHL e-commerce.
International Shipping will be shipped via SF Express.

Orders will be processed and hand to our carrier from 2-3 business days. Then we will send you your shipping confirmation along with the tracking number. It takes 2-3 business days for an order to be delivered to West Malaysia, 3-7 business days to East Malaysia and 7-21 business days for overseas delivery. Kindly note that during periods of high demand like SALES and Special Offers, as well as during holidays, delivery timeframes might differ, while orders might take longer than usual to process.
Return/Exchange Policy
We only accept defective products for return/refund that caused solely by us and are not listed as "As-Is Item" upon your purchase. Evidence of video recording upon opening your package with defect item would be needed in order for you to be eligible for a refund and return. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges are only available for the same style in a different size or color. Clary KL does not cover the shipping cost for returning/exchanging an item. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
