Return/Exchange Policy
All purchases from our collection are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled once payment is completed. However, we will accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives defective or damaged.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with CLARYKL packaging and tags still attached.
- Send an email to clary.kl@outlook.com with the subject line "RETURN/EXCHANGE". Include your purchase receipt or proof of purchase along with a valid reason for the return.
- Returns for clothing worn or used during photoshoots will not be accepted.
- Items refused by customers or held by customs will not qualify for a return or refund.
- We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet these guidelines.
- International purchases are eligible for returns only, not exchanges.
- Sale items or products purchased with discount codes are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items Not Considered Faulty
The following are not classified as manufacturing defects:
- Variations in color due to lighting or screen displays.
- Creases on clothing.
- Minor size discrepancies of up to ±2 cm.
- Slight transparency in light-colored garments, such as white.
Return/Refund Process
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for international orders.
- We are not liable for any lost or stolen return parcels until they are received.
- Any unapproved return items or refund requests will be declined.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email clary.kl@outlook.com with the subject line "RETURN/EXCHANGE" and include your Order ID.
- Specify the item(s) you wish to return, along with details and proof (e.g., photos) if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Wait for email approval, after which we will process your return once the item is received and reviewed.
